Since 1984, Dr. Folen has worked at the Tripler Army Medical Center in Hawaii where he was first the Chief of Behavioral Medicine and Health Psychology Service and later became the Chief of the Department of Psychology in 2007. He also serves as the Co-Director of the Virtual Reality Research Laboratory at Pacific Telehealth & Technology HUI in Honolulu. Dr. Folen’s research and professional interests span a wide range of issues including primary care psychology, telehealth, psychopharmacology and biofeedback.

Greg Greenwood, PhD Registrant since 1986

Greg Greenwood, PhD, MBA, received his PhD in Clinical Psychology from Bowling Green State University in Ohio. In 1986 Dr. Greenwood joined American Biodyne, where he became a member of the executive team. Since then he has held executive level positions in healthcare/behavioral health at BCBS of Texas, Magellan Behavioral Health Services, ValueOptions, and Anthem BCBS/WellPoint, Inc. He is currently President and CEO of Human Capital Specialists, Inc.,  an executive recruiting and management consulting firm. He lives with his wife, Kristina L. Greenwood, PhD (who is also a clinical psychologist and healthcare executive) in San Diego, CA.

Rudy Nydegger, PhD Registrant since 1980

For 13 years, Dr. Nydegger has served as the Chief of the Division of Psychology at Ellis Hospital in Schenectady, N.Y. Dr. Nydegger maintains his own private practice and is the president of his clinical psychology and management consulting firm, Psychological & Management Resources. He has been a professor at a number of universities, including Cornell University, University of Huston and Union Graduate college, where he is currently a tenured professor in the Graduate Management Program and Department of Psychology.

Glenace Edwall, PhD, PsyD Registrant since 1993

Since 2000, Dr. Edwall has served as the Director of the Children’s Mental Health Division at the Minnesota Department of Human Services. As the Director, she oversees Minnesota’s county-administered children’s mental health service system and works on public policy issues regarding mental health benefits for children provided through Medicaid. Additionally, she is the current chair of the Minnesota Child Psychologists and the chair of the Children, Youth and Families Division of the National Association of State Mental Health Program Directors. Her professional and scholarly focus has been on socioemotional development and its influence on children’s mental health.

Jesse Goldner, JD Public Representative

Jesse Goldner is the John D. Valentine Professor of Law at Saint Louis University School of Law. He also holds secondary appointments in the University's School of Medicine in Pediatrics and Psychiatry, as well as in the University's Center for Healthcare Ethics. He received his J.D. from Harvard Law School, and holds an M.A. in Developmental Psychology from Columbia's Teachers College.

William A. Hancur, PhD Registrant since 1976

Since 2000, Dr. Hancur has acted as the Associate Medical Director for Behavioral Health, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Rhode Island. Previously, Dr. Hancur worked for 27 years at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care. In addition, Dr. Hancur has been in private practice since 1974. Previously, Dr. Hancur was appointed to the Chair of the Governor’s Council on Mental Health, as well as the Chair of the Governor’s Council on Substance Abuse. He has also served as Chair of the Legislative Committee for the Rhode Island Psychological Association, as well as a member of the Rhode Island Psychological Association Ethics Committee.

Dorothy Holmes, PhD Registrant since 1975

Since 2005, Dr. Holmes has served as the Program Director and Director of Clinical Training at George Washington University in Washington, D.C. Dr. Holmes has maintained a close relationship with the educational sector of psychology, as demonstrated by her many years in an academic setting at various universities. Previously, Dr. Holmes was the Founding Director of the Clinical Psychology Internship at Howard University, the first American Psychological Association-accredited internship at a historically black university. She has served as a Training and Supervising Analyst for the Baltimore-Washington Institute for Psychoanalysis. Dr. Holmes sits on the Membership Board for the American Psychological Association and she was recently awarded the title of Professor Emeritus from George Washington University.

Erica H. Wise, PhD Registrant since 1992

Dr. Wise is Clinical Professor and Director of the Psychology Training Clinic for the Department of Psychology at UNC-Chapel Hill. She teaches doctoral level courses that focus on clinical theory and practice, ethics, and diversity. She is a former chair of the American Psychology Association’s Ethics Committee and the North Carolina Psychology Board. Dr. Wise is a frequent presenter and consultant on ethical issues in clinical psychology. Her professional interests include education and training, psychotherapy outcome research, and applications of ethics and self-care in academic and professional practice settings.
